Where do you ship?
Everywhere! We proudly ship within the continental USA as well as Internationally.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders are dispatched within 3 business days and Express orders are dispatched within 1 business day. We also ship internationally, however, applicable duties and taxes may apply.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $99 ship for free within the continental USA. All other shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on the destination and delivery method selected.
How much tax will I be charged on international orders?
International orders may be subject to local import charges. However, these taxes and duties significantly vary depending on the destination country. We are unable to quote these charges and suggest you contact the relevant authorities for a quote within your country.
What is your return policy?
We promise you will love your Ki’ur products! However, we offer a full refund on unopened products within 30-days of purchase. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, we no longer accept opened products for refund. If you have additional questions please contact us.

How do I buy/ redeem a Gift Card?
An e-gift card can be directly applied to any purchase at checkout or automatically stored in Apple Pay Passes. If you are purchasing a gift card for someone else, you will need to enter an email address for e-delivery..
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, G Pay, Meta Pay, Diner's Club, and Shop Pay (via Affirm Installments). Your personal information is encrypted and protected by a third party payment processor and your information is never shared.
Can I pay in another currency?
Products on our website are quoted in US currency. However, if you are using an international card at checkout, your bank will convert the exchange rates accordingly. We have no control over the exchange rates used as this is handled by our third party payment processor.
